Refund and Cancellation Policy

Advance/retainer fees: Where the Client pays an advance, deposit, or setup fee to begin an engagement, this amount is non-refundable once work has commenced, except where required by law.

Time-and-materials engagements: Fees for work already performed (hours logged, milestones delivered) are non-refundable; the Client is billed only for work completed up to the point of cancellation.

Recurring/Managed Services: Monthly or recurring fees already billed are non-refundable for the billing period in which cancellation notice is given; Services continue, and billing applies, until the end of that notice period (see Section 12, Term and Termination).

Third-party/pass-through costs: Charges already incurred with third parties (e.g., AWS/Azure/GCP consumption, software licenses) on the Client’s behalf are non-refundable, as these are billed directly or passed through by the respective provider.

Cancellation by the Company: If we are unable to deliver the Services due to reasons attributable to us, the Client will be refunded fees paid for the undelivered portion of the Services.

How to cancel: Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to [company email] with reasonable notice as specified in the applicable SOW/engagement letter or Section 12 (Term and Termination).
